DEW Electric provides residential electrical contracting services, including repairs, installations, upgrades, inspections, and related electrical work. All services are provided subject to availability and agreement with the customer.
2. Quotations and Estimates
All quotes or estimates provided by DEW Electric are based on the information available at the time and may change upon inspection or unforeseen circumstances. Estimates are not binding until a written agreement or contract is signed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed upon in the invoice or contract. We accept credit cards (added 3% fee), Check, or cash. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area. Any damages resulting from failure to provide accurate information or safe conditions may not be covered by DEW Electric and may be charged an additional fee.
5. Warranty and Liability
DEW Electric provides warranties on labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. We are not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from misuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs performed by others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of DEW Electric and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEW Electric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
